I enquired about having an EV charging point fitted at my home. Details were taken and a remote survey carried out. I was given a time and date and the engineer, Sean, turned up on time, fitted the charger with minimal disruption, completed the set-up with me and made sure the app was linked to my phone. Efficient, courteous and a reasonable price.
The flush to my toilet stopped working late last night. I called up in a panic thinking I'd have to pay a large unsocial call-out fee. They told me what to do to get through the night, turned up early next morning and had it fixed in an hour. Will 100% use again.
I had an electric boiler fitted and the service from start to finish was very good, starting with the advice I was given about the best option. The lads were nice and friendly, made hardly any mess and tidied up after themselves.
Sean and his team arrived on time, installed a new EV charger, as well as a major relocation of an unvented heating system from an upstairs airing cupboard into the garage. Absolutely first class service.
