I enquired about having an EV charging point fitted at my home. Details were taken and a remote survey carried out. I was given a time and date and the engineer, Sean, turned up on time, fitted the charger with minimal disruption, completed the set-up with me and made sure the app was linked to my phone. Efficient, courteous and a reasonable price.
Sean and his team arrived on time, installed a new EV charger, as well as a major relocation of an unvented heating system from an upstairs airing cupboard into the garage. Absolutely first class service.
Sean came to do a site visit and discuss the range of options for my EV installation. He clearly knows his trade and was more bothered about getting the desired outcomes than exploiting with crazy quotes. I feel secure in the process and the work to be undertaken.
