Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Notifiable work is certified and registered through NICEIC, and you get the paperwork for your records and your buyer if you sell.
How do I know if I need a rewire?
Old rubber or fabric cable, a fuse box with wire fuses, scorch marks or sockets that feel warm are all signs. An EICR will tell you for certain.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A single extra socket, an outside light or a new fused spur are all jobs we're happy to take on.
